WHAT DOES THE TURNKEY SOLUTION IN CAD/CAM INTEGRATION INCLUDE?

Development of new processes, coordination of the software houses, training of the employees, interface development, ERP connection or development of tailor-made production documents, cutting optimization, CNC connection and of course the most important thing:

WHICH MACHINES ARE / CAN BE CONTROLLED?

Almost all machines can be controlled with our solution. At least we haven't come across a machine for which a solution hasn't been found.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO SERVE MULTIPLE MACHINING CENTERS? IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?

Of course this is possible. Only a multiple control is integrated, which makes it possible to control several machining centers.

WHY SHOULD WE HAVE A SERVICE DAY EACH YEAR?

Of course you don't have to do a service day if you don't want to. But in our experience, software updates are usually not just a push of a button. In order to be able to guarantee that you can benefit from the advantages of an update on the one hand and that all existing processes continue to function on the other hand, the service day we offer is essential.

WHICH SOFTWARE LICENSES DO WE NEED SPECIFICALLY?

That depends on many factors and cannot be answered in general. The first step is therefore to work out to what extent your current software environment is still future-oriented, or which software combination is right for you.

CAN I ALSO PURCHASE CAD LICENSES THROUGH AV-LINE?

no We work very closely with well-known software houses and determine your specific needs. You will then receive the offers from the software houses directly, coordinated by us.

CAN WE AFFORD A TURNKEY SOLUTION?

The question is, can you afford not to. If you don't mind the fact that your production will be significantly slowed down in the initial phase and you want to accept this loss of sales, then yes. If you want to get the power on the road right from the start, then you've come to the right place.

HOW SERIOUS ARE YOU ABOUT THE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

Very seriously. We aim to be able to offer our customers the best, most practical and best-performing solutions in the area of work preparation. If you are not completely convinced during the kick-off phase, we will terminate the agreement with immediate effect - no ifs or buts!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD THE COMPLETE INFRASTRUCTURE?

That cannot be answered in general. As a rule, we need one to two months after the kick-off meeting to prepare the strategies, interfaces and templates in such a way that the training can begin.

CAN WE MAINTAIN THE DATABASES OURSELVES IN THE FUTURE OR ARE WE DEPENDENT ON AV-LINE?

The independence to us is very important to us. However, it is even more important to us that your production does not suffer as a result of this changeover. For this reason, our admin training courses always take place with a time delay. You can then manage your own templates without any support from us.

ARE WE ON OURSELVES AFTER THE ADMIN COURSES?

Our primary goal is that your company can work completely independently of AV-Line. Of course we are there for you and support you with all questions about ongoing projects, your new CAD system, design and consistency up to the machine park. In order to keep costs as low as possible for you, we have set up our AV-Line hotline. Our consultants will be happy to put together an offer together with you – exclusively tailored to your company.

DO YOU ALSO ADVISE ON ERP/PPS SYSTEMS?

Yes, our partner office specializes in the selection and integration of ERP and PPS systems in the craft industry. We will be happy to put you in touch if you wish.

Construction & AV

HOW ARE PROJECTS BILLED SPECIFICALLY?

Initial projects will be charged at cost. In order to achieve maximum transparency, you can receive a weekly report on the hours worked, including project progress, on request.

IS IT ALSO POSSIBLE TO WORK AT THE CUSTOMER'S SITE?

Basically yes, especially in the kick-off phase. However, in order to keep the overall costs as low as possible, we endeavor to relocate our service to our office as quickly as possible.

WHAT DOES "FINISHED CNC PROGRAM" MEAN EXACTLY?

After one of our wood technicians has recorded your machine park and the tool database, we are able to provide finished CNC files (e.g. mpr files). All you have to do is call up and start the milling programs.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO FEED THE FINISHED BOMS DIRECTLY INTO THE ERP/PPS SYSTEM?

Basically yes. If you are using a system that is typical of the industry, we can usually import the data directly into your system via an interface.

CAN APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION DRAWINGS BE CREATED IN THE COMPANY CI?

For new customers, we can create a one-off drawing template tailored to your company at the start of the project. From the very first drawing, you will only receive plans with your logo and your CI.
